Why ServiceProof exists
Important work often ends with a paper job sheet, a few scattered photos and a message saying the job is complete. ServiceProof brings the useful evidence together: customer and asset details, readings, completed-work checks, before-and-after photos, materials, commercial terms and signatures.
Who it is for
The tool is designed for independent technicians, owner-operated businesses, contractors, property-service teams and small B2B service companies. Templates cover HVAC, water treatment, tank cleaning, CCTV, solar, pest management, appliances, electrical work, plumbing and professional cleaning.
Private by design
The current version works without an account. Report data, logos, photos, signatures and saved job history are processed in your browser. ServiceProof does not provide a cloud customer database in this free version.
What ServiceProof is not
It is a business documentation tool, not a substitute for trade licences, safety procedures, regulated certificates, contracts, insurance or professional advice. Qualified users remain responsible for the work and information they record.
