By using ServiceProof, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.
Permitted use
You may use ServiceProof to create records for lawful field-service, maintenance, installation, inspection, repair and cleaning work. You are responsible for the accuracy of every entry and for having authority to collect and use customer information, photos and signatures.
No regulated certificate
Templates, reports, quotes, invoices and completion records are general business documents. They do not replace permits, licences, compliance certificates, statutory forms, safety inspections, laboratory results or other documents required in your location.
Your records
The free version stores important data on the device and browser you use. You are responsible for exporting backups, retaining final PDFs, protecting access to the device and meeting your business record-retention obligations.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features, templates and pricing may change. Offline access depends on a successful first load, compatible browser storage and the user not clearing site data.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceProof is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, legal sufficiency or fitness for a regulated purpose. You remain responsible for the work performed, safety decisions, commercial terms and documents sent to customers.
Prohibited use
Do not use the tool for unlawful surveillance, fraudulent records, misleading evidence, unauthorised personal data, harmful instructions, credential storage or any activity that violates another person's rights.
