DOCUMENTATION IS NOT INSTRUCTION

Safety & Professional Disclaimer

ServiceProof records work; it does not tell an unqualified person how to perform hazardous work.

Qualified work only

Electrical systems, refrigerants, roofs, pressure equipment, pesticides, confined spaces, water hygiene, security systems and powered machinery can cause serious harm. Only trained, authorised and appropriately equipped people should inspect, service or repair them.

Follow local requirements

Use the licences, permits, lockout procedures, personal protective equipment, product labels, safety data sheets, manufacturer instructions, testing standards and statutory certificates required in the job location.

Template limitations

A checklist item confirms only what the user selected. ServiceProof does not verify the reading, photograph, signature, identity, technical conclusion or safety of the work. It does not diagnose faults or approve installations.

Emergency conditions

If there is immediate danger—such as exposed live conductors, gas or refrigerant release, structural instability, fire, contamination, poisoning or unsafe access—stop work, isolate the area where qualified to do so and contact the appropriate emergency or specialist service.

Never include passwords or access credentials in CCTV or other reports. Transfer credentials separately through a secure method.

Customer communication

Record unresolved hazards, limitations, inaccessible areas and recommended follow-up clearly. A customer signature does not remove the service provider's professional, contractual or legal responsibilities.
